How does it work?

Here is the process:   

After purchase, they can scan the post-purchase code (found inside the sealed package), to register for digital warranty, so that they can access it digitally at the time of need instead of preserving the paper warranty cards.

For Users:

Warranty Registration:

  1. User Buys a product (from any channel).
  2. Scans the QR code on the product & Upload bill copy.
  3. Warranty registered & receives digital warranty card (over the phone, email/ Whatsapp).


Warranty Claims: In case of fault user can scan the QR code again or use a digital warranty card or go to the brand website to seamlessly request and fulfill warranty claims.
